This is our parking company of choice when flying out of Hobby and Bush. I like that you earn points for your visits and can be redeemed for a free day in the future. The shuttle is right there waiting as soon as you park. I've used them many times and I've only had to wait for them more than 5 minutes on the return pickup at Hobby one time. Granted it was 6 a.m. so there weren't as many shuttles running at that time. I called the phone number and someone came right on.

This is the only place I will park when leaving Hobby. The cleanliness and beauty of the property stands out. The service from the customer service booths and drivers is amazing each and every time. My vehicle is prone to catalytic converter theft and allow me to park closer to the front even though they haven’t had any issues in years. Pick up and drop off has always been efficient. I really wish that I could afford to tip them more! I’ll be back

This was our first time using this service. Made reservations online. Getting there was easy. Getting a parking spot was easy. And getting a shuttle was easy. Shuttle bus driver was nice and pleasant. We were dropped off on time. On the return shuttle, We were dropped off near our vehicle. Our total fare was $7.07!!! Not bad!! We will be using this service again.

Love how friendly the drivers are and that they pick you up right where you have parked your car. The driver always helps me load and unload my bag. Last time I was there my battery was dead and an employee quickly came over and jumped it for me. I won't park anywhere else!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Finding a parking spot was easy, the shuttle service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. Pickup on my return was seamless, and the pricing was fair. It truly couldn’t have been better. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Begin your trip with confidence that you will get quickly to the airport terminal, and know that your return will be just as easy. Prompt pick-up after parking in the lot/ So far they've been waiting outside baggage claim at the airport every time, to return me to my vehicle. As a business traveler, timeliness is key. The driver's have all been courteous and professional and the staff working the booth at the lot have all been professional and kind as well. I am a frequent flyer.

Excellent experience, quick shuttle service, no wait time and Anthonique 'Nique' was a FANTASTIC driver. At other shuttle services, we are jostled around, feel every turn and bump in the road...sometimes holding on!! I felt safe with her driving and that to me is priceless. Thanks Nique - we will use this service again because of your great driving and wonderful service assisting us with our luggage.

I made my reservation for Thanksgiving at the last minute, and Fast Park & Relax was able to accommodate me. The pricing was very competitive compared to other parking lots, and the service was excellent. Greg was awesome! I was a little anxious about what to expect at Houston Hobby Airport, but he reassured me that I would be on time and that the airport was smooth sailing at that moment. He was personable, professional, and truly a pleasure to ride with. I respect him so much—he takes great pride in his role and spoke very highly of management and his coworkers. Because of this experience, I will definitely make Fast Park & Relax my go-to service for all my parking needs. Special thanks to Greg and also to the gentleman at the gate who greeted me so kindly. You both helped get my trip off to a great start!
